Food plays an important role at Zensa Lodge. Well-being goes hand in hand with enjoying carefully prepared food. Food made with the best ingredients possible. We grow many vegetables in an organic way ourselves. Our morning eggs are fresh from our own chickens. Herbs are hand picked in our herb garden. But it is not only the enjoyment of food that is important; we also have regular cooking classes in our place. We do wine tastings, inviting one of the many excellent connoisseurs that are to be found in the Cape area. Of course our guests can have an intimate dinner-a-deux, but often dinners are the times where our guests meet, where we meet with our guests, where the joy of eating and talking go hand in hand. Zensa boasts a varied South African wine collection, some wines are even offered by the glass; an excellent selection of liquors for the enjoyment of our guests is available as well.
